Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed offer form.
Please ensure that the offer is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
All the details and the documents requested for the service are attached in the attached terms of reference ( TOR).
Please read section No.9.: Selection Criteria and evaluation scoring
Provide all the requested documents in the TOR, because you will be evaluated according to these documents (each one has a point).
In addition, the below shall be provided from your end:
- Copy of your registration certificate.
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.
Fill up, sign, stamp, and provide in high resolution to facilitate our review process, Acted BEST documents:
- Supplier's Ethical Declaration
- General Conditions of Purchase
- Supplier Questionnaire.
