We are contacting you to ask about providing acted with your best offer for the attached Kits.
We are interested in signing a long-term agreement of 1 year's duration with the awarded bidder. Please find the attached Quotation form detailing the items required to be ordered during the 1-year duration.
Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed quotation forms. Please ensure that the quotation is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
Application Conditions:
1. This tender is divided into four (4) Lots.
2. Bidders may submit offers for one Lot, multiple Lots, or all Lots.
3. Bidders must provide prices for all items within the Lot they choose to quote. For example, for Lot Artisan, bidders must indicate prices for all items; otherwise, the offer will be deemed non-compliant.
4. Each Lot may result in a separate contract; quantities indicated per Lot cannot be split.
5. If a bidder is awarded multiple Lots, ACTED may combine them into a single contract.
6. All prices must include loading, unloading, and transportation to the locations as specified in each Lot.
7. Quantities are estimates and may increase or decrease depending on actual project needs.
8. ACTED is under no obligation to award the tender and reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage without liability, upon notice to bidders or publication of a cancellation notice.
The Evaluation Criteria:
1- The supplier who provides the best prices will be asked to provide samples for a quality check.
2- If the supplier doesn’t provide a price for all the items, the offer will not be considered eligible.
Required Supporting Documents:
• Valid company registration certificate.
• Identification of the legal representative.
• Completed and signed ACTED BEST documents (Supplier’s Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, Statement of Integrity, and Bidder Questionnaire).
The deadline for submission of offers is Tuesday, 06.01.2026, at 15:00. (local time).
