Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development, hereinafter referred to as ARDD, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal per the Terms of Reference (ToR) as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your proposal in full compliance with the requirements and procedures outlined herein and submit it by the deadline specified in the Data Sheet.
Prospective bidders are requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP by sending an email titled “Acknowledgement of Receipt of RFP (ARDD-RFP-2/26)” to tender@ardd-jo.org, indicating whether they intend to submit a proposal. Upon receipt of this acknowledgement, the complete RFP package listed above will be shared in reply. ARDD does not charge any fees for submitting proposals under this tender.
Requests for clarification, if any, should be submitted by email during the clarification period from 8 to 9 February, between 10:00 and 16:00. Bidders are encouraged to acknowledge receipt of this RFP even if they do not intend to submit a proposal, in order to be considered for future solicitations.
