We are reaching out to inquire about your pricing for the procurement of Construction materials.
We are interested in signing a long-term agreement of 2 years duration with the awarded bidder, therefore, please find attached a Request for Quotation detailing the items required with estimated quantities to be ordered during the 2-year duration.
** Kindly note that these quantities listed in the RFQ are only estimates to support your better understanding of the volume of the requests that will be made, however, it does not present the minimum or maximum quantities that we might order, nor it is binding quantities.
Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed Request for Quotation (RFQ) form.
Please ensure that the Quotation is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
In addition, the below shall be provided from your end:
- Copy of your registration certificate.
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.
Fill up, sign, stamp, and provide in high resolution to facilitate our review process:
- Letter of integrity annexed.
- Acted’ s (Supplier's Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, and the Bidder Questionnaire).
** Lastly, attached you will find a copy of the contract that shall be used upon awarding for your reference.
